Outsourcing does not mean "Offshoring"
|
Hyrian doesn't rely on offshore service centers to achieve the cost
savings we deliver. All political arguments aside, we have found
that because of the high-touch nature of the work that we do, offshore
workers simply can't deliver the quality of service that we and our
clients demand.
Like any company in the global economy, we purchase goods and services
from companies outside of the United States, but Hyrian has no
employees outside of the United States, and none of your employees or
candidates will ever speak with an offshore recruiter.
